Arrival at Marrakech airport, assistance from our staff and transfer to the hotel. Free dinner and overnight stay in a hotel or riadchalla or similar.
After breakfast, departure for the south passing through the high Atlas mountains on the Col du Tichka pass (2260 metres), from where you can admire the spectacular landscapes of the High Atlas. Visit to the splendid Ksar of Ait Benhaddhou, a splendid sand castle nestled as if by magic in a field of almond trees; so beautiful with its play of light that it became the setting for many famous films such as "Lawrence of Arabia" and "Tea in the Desert". Kasbahs so proud that they have become a UNESCO world heritage site. It is the only kasbah that shows the architecture of southern Morocco intact. Continuation to the valley of roses. After breakfast, we will pass through the Todra Gorges, in a wild setting populated by Berber villages. Visit to the Tinherir palm plantation. Continue to Merzouga where you will find your camels and leave for a camel trek on the splendid golden dunes of approximately one and a half to two hours, up to a Berber-style tented camp. You will appreciate the pure beauty of the landscape, sitting at the campfire on an unforgettable evening under a starry sky. Dinner and overnight stay in camp.
After admiring a splendid sunrise over the dunes we will return with camels to Merzouga, where it will be possible to have breakfast and a shower in the hotel. Then the day dedicated to the discovery of the Merzouga region: the area where the natural fossils of the desert are found, the village of Tissrdmin where many films were filmed, the black desert with its volcanic stones and the visit to a nomadic family. We will then visit the village of Kamlia, famous for its inhabitants from Black Africa and for their music. Returning to Merzouga, dinner and overnight stay in the riad
After breakfast, departure for Agdz with a stop in Rissani to visit the lively local market. The Merzouga - Agdz road passes through numerous Berber villages. We will reach Agdz at the end of the day. You will be in the heart of a splendid oasis in the Draa Valley. Overnight stay in riad riadbouchedor
After breakfast, departure to visit the city of Ouarzazate: the Kasbah of Taourirt; Film studies; the kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou. Afterwards we will take the road in the direction of Marrakech traveling in the n'Tichka Tizi Pass (2260 m) while enjoying a splendid view of the mountains and Berber villages. We will then continue to Marrakech through the High Atlas Mountains. we arrive in Marrakech, free dinner and accommodation in a hotel riadchalla or similar
After breakfast we begin the visit of the imperial cities of Marrakech through its different Souks (Suk Smata - of the slippers, Souk Haddadine - of the iron manufacturers, Souk Chouari - of the basket weavers, Souk Cherratine - where leather is worked, Souk of the jewelers) . From here we will arrive at the Ben Youssef madrasa, the largest and most beautiful Koranic school in the city, close to the mosque of the same name and the Almoravid Koubba and the Marrakech Museum, where we will pay a visit. Moving then to another area of the city we will visit the palace of Bahia, or the ''beautiful'', nickname of the favorite, rich residence of the vizier Ba Ahmed, built around 1880, then free time.
